Child Care Health Consultant?

Crystal Roberts, RN from FirstHealth serves Moore County as the Child Care Health Consultant. Crystal is working under the leadership of First Health of the Carolinas and will partner with child care staff to promote healthy and safe environments for young children.

Crystal is a Registered Nurse and previously worked with Moore Regional Hospital and the Moore Free and Charitable Clinic. She has many years of experience in the health field and can connect you with expert information, resources, and referrals on ways to assess the health and safety needs in your child care facility. She will also help to develop strategies for inclusion of children with special care needs, establish and review health policies and procedures, manage and prevent injuries and infectious diseases, connect families with community health resources, and provide health education for staff members, families and children.
