The NC Pre-K Program is designed to provide high-quality educational experiences to enhance school readiness for eligible four-year-old children.

NC Pre-K Application for the 2025 – 2026 school year.
Supporting documents needed to complete application:

Child’s birth certificate or passport if birth certificate unavailable

Proof of Residence (Could be driver’s license, military identification, bill with name and address, etc.)

Proof of Income: One-month worth of pay stubs, 2025 Income Tax Return (Must represent all gross income, if not, pay stubs.), Letter from Employer for Gross Pay, or Documentation of Government Income

Parent Photo Identification: Government Issued (Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID, etc.)

If warranted, custody or guardianship paperwork.
Supporting documents may be uploaded into application, mailed to our office, or emailed to jheffner@pfcfmc.org.

Location & Time: Please see below for location and times.
Signs will be posted for directions to room location - 8:00 am to 11:30 am.

March 9, 2026 - Carthage Elementary School
March 12, 2026 - Southern Pines Elementary School
March 16, 2026 - West End Elementary School
March 21, 2026 - Aberdeen Elementary School
March 23, 2026 - Robbins Elementary School (8:00am- 5:00pm)
March 31, 2026 - Vass Lakeview Elementary School
