Partners for Children and Families, a private, non-profit organization administering Smart Start funding for Moore County is currently accepting proposals for projects to be conducted during the period from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.  Funding is intended for new, original projects as well as for suggested projects designed to serve Moore County children from birth to age five and their families.  A complete listing of current and recommended projects is available upon request and can be downloaded by clicking here.
 
Interested individuals, agencies or organizations should contact PfCF to obtain detailed information regarding specific procedures and documents required to submit proposals.  Completed proposals must be delivered to the PfCF office no later than Friday, February 17, 2023 at 4:00 pm.  Inquiries should be made directly to:
